Healthy high fat breakfast options!

The benefits you may enjoy from the high fat meals are that they keep you full for longer, they are super tasty and nutritious! These two options are perfect for lunch at work or for breakfast – easy and fast to prepare!

Ingredients you need:

  • Organic whole grain cripsbread
  • Half avocado
  • Cherry tomatos
  • Spinach
  • Smoked salmon fillet and/or 1 boiled egg
  • Peper and salt

Of course, add or replace any ingredient to fit your own taste!

Now that I had one portion of these, I am full with energy and ready to hit the gym for a Body fit class!
